Default off topic - How to translate foreign webpage language in easy way?

Am not a professional editor but working as a team member for a school. My job responsibility is to gather healthcare, body, skin, hair and diseases related articles from the internet and then re-edit them for students in a simple way. As the internet is a sea of knowledge and there are billions of pages having knowledge. In this regard I have seen many online resources like health and wellness which are in foreign language but contain worthy, informative content. The current problem I am facing is to translate such online pages which consumes a lot of time. Seeking for help as ""Is there any way to translate such pages with minimum efforts?"" Thanks for your time and considerations.

Our 3 daughters studied Modern Foreign Languages at University. Each Course was 4 years including a year abroad. There is no easy way - just hard dedicated work. Then try finding a job which makes use of your skills............everyone speaks English , apparently.
    Regards
    Brenda

Brenda, my son studied French and European business studies at Liverpool University. He did his year abroad in Aix en Provence. He completed his degree and achieved a Double first. He was invited to attend Bordeaux University to teach English and was paid €1500 a month(12 years ago) with the added bonus that he could do his Masters which in his own words was just a case of doing a bit of revision. He works for himself now teaching English to a lot of French companies that include Dassult, Thales and the French armed forces. He also often called into the British Consulate to assist as required ? whatever that entails.
He also has contracts with a lot of French Business schools, involvement with various French Rugby clubs such as Bordeaux Begles.
It was a very worrying time for him as it was for many other people when the Covid pandemic hit. Thankfully he setup various ways to get back to teaching online and has gone from strength to strength.
He appears to be well liked and respected by those he is contracted to. He talked his mum into doing a TEFIL course which she passed with a distinction. He would pass on his mums details to companies that he deemed did not pay his required hourly rate. He will not work for less than €65 an hour and charges a minimum 4 hours.
The thing is his only qualification in English is A level A*. But he also has A level Spanish A* along with his Masters in French. Obviously I am proud of my son , but believe me like all clever people he has still to learn how to tie his shoe laces, common sense seems to have passed him by

It is interesting how we got around the bars and other baudy or business area when we were at sea in the 50's and 60's. A wonder we are still alive with the thoughless things we have said.

Well if you want to open in EU, then you may have to choose which one of the current 27 languages currently spoken. The current official language of the EU is English, but not for much longer if the French get their way

    hi ivan cloherty #8
    good morning,
your advice regarding the language used in the eu, whilst you point out the french in all their supercillious grand standing have demanded that the official spoken tongue for the entire eu should be french, there is absolutely only the one single global language that is taught throughout and that is english followed by spanish, it therefore beggers belief that the rest of the eu countries are suddenly going to teach and learn french,
on a similar issue but equally bizarre whilst living in spain i had friends at the university in granada they where post graduates studying for their masters, and it was whilst at their home i was introduced to the english tutor at the university whom was born and bred in manchester, it came as no shock to me to find that i had seen this guy before, he had fitted a kitchen for a friend of mine back in the uk, he has no university degree in fact he had no other education qualifications except for the fact that he spoke reasonable spanish, and of course he spoke english with a manc accent,
    tom
