One doc in hospital told me, after asking a stupid question, 'do you drink alcohol' that I should have two alcohol free days a week.
So a drink at 1800 hours and no more until 1800 hours next day.
That is 24 hours so one day, do that twice per week and you comply.
But I have now gone 22 days without a drink, no I am not a Bloody Camel, start again to night.
So 22 days is equal to 11 weeks of two alcohol free days per week.
So do not need to have any alcohol free days until Mid march.
These docs do not understand we are a lot smarter than they think.

One would have thought with the alcohol being free one may have drank more ? JS
