Re: Hospital anyone
Blank Mange sounds like a Rabid dog, do you get to choose its pedigree. That Egyptian medic you had wasn’t related to George Robey was he ? JS

Thank you for all your concerns.
I am slowly getting better and regaining strength, food helps.
Nil by mouth and fluid diets are fine when the fluid is an amber color, but when a doc tells you there are calories in a jelly one has to look very hard to find them.
Think I will stick with blank mange in future.
Funny thing that, as i really love my Jelly eat it nearly every day , all Flavours mu best being the Lime and i do so love having a nice very Fresh piece of Bread with it too! Strange tastes i have ! Yep!!
Cheers

Re: Hospital anyone
Funny thing but there was only one flavor in the jelly, Pineapple and only orange or apple juice.
But when on a fluid only diet you take what there is.
Bit like the clear soup, tasted a bit like hot water with an Oxo cube waved over it.
But the real food.......when i got some was bloody great.
Happy daze John in Oz.

Re: Hospital anyone
Three weeks today sine going into hospital, though the problem began on the Tuesday of that week, thought it may be gastro at first.
But today for the first time since then no blood when I crap, not old or new.
Doc did say there would be a bit of old for a few days, but now looks as if all gone.
Get back to normal now........but just as an aside what is normal in the world just now??
