Keeping as active as you can for as long as you can is the answer.
Too many say, 'cannot do that now too old' without even trying.
I know some will not be able, but at least try.
It is amazing what you can do with a bit of mental activity, great respect for those who try even if they fail.

I went Ceroc dancing last night from 1930 until 2230hrs and managed not to fall over, had one boisterous partner who left me with a few bruises, but on the whole feeling okay this morning. I was persuaded by younger friends to go (full of good intentions) but it wasn't the same without my late wife who could anticipate my next move; but it at least loosened up a few limbs. Coming down the 20 plus steps from the dance floor was probably the hardest part of the evening.
