    Default Scotland & Gender

Looks as if Westminster have had enough of wee bunny.
The Scottish parliament have passed or are trying to pass the scottish gender recognition bill.
Wee bunny and her mates want 16 year old children to have the right to decide if they want to transgender ( Boobs or Balls)
Westminster have blocked the bill, think it is the first time westminster have stopped a devolved government from implementing a bill by a devolved parliament.

Seriously is a 16 year old mature enough to take a life changing decision like this!!!! I think not. I wonder if there is a lobby group pushing the SNP down this road LBGT??

I would have thought there were more important issues going on than the likes of this.

Just my opinion James but these days i think that at 16 most all Young Lads or Lasses, know a lot more about life than we think!

If you look at some 16 Year olds these days one could swear that they were a lot older! And just look at what they do these days too, most anything.

No for me 16 is an acceptable age for them to make up their own minds!

In fact i think too that at 16 they should also be in the same Conduct Code as anyone over 18, as the ones that commit horrid crimes just get slapped on the wrist and told "You are a naught Boy!" Crap!!!!

Sorry but thats my mind said! LOL

Change your gender at 16 but cannot drink, drive, vote or fight for your country until 18!!!!!!!!

There is a female movement in Scotland very much against the concept as they fear young men will attempt to enter female toilets on the basis they are female.
But do they understand that unlike a Vasectomy it cannot be reversed??

Just makes me wonder about the people that get into politics these days. Things have changed so much over the last 50-60 years, and all by politicians changing and making laws. What people do is fine, as long as it doesn't affect me in any way. I consider myself as being "normal", but it seems you can't say that any more. We constantly get it all shoved at us on the telly and other media, like they're trying to show us that there is no "normal" any more.
I wonder if the day will come, when it'll be an offence to declare ones self as "normal"?

Nay lad, the word 'normal' is too short for present day terminology, it will probably be 'biologically correct at the time of leaving the carrier vessel' (just to keep it nautical!)

Anyway if you describe yourself as normal you will be arrested for inferring that others are not, and it will be considered a hate-crime

Interestingly, and continuing a nautical theme, perhaps those with confusing identity may have difficulty in determing the correct access to the carrier vessel.

My daughters nephew is gay, and hates all the fuss being made lately. He told her that normal people are being made aware of "not so good" feelings towards LGBQT people that they never had before, when they were just there, and not being highly publicised. Bit like normal people I suppose?
Does all make you think about Scottish PMs though, Mmmmmm?
