Futher to the above there are other things still happening with Poor Brian!
Hi Vernon
Things are getting worse.. I fell in my garden and broke my femur on my right hip I had to wait in agony for 5 hours for an ambulance. Just lay on the ground. All the neighbours were in the garden.
I was in hospital for Three Weeks, I had an operation on my right hip, the scar is 15 inches long and very painful,
so I then I got Corvid 19
, they put me on the Corvid Ward. Anne visited me and she caught it.
Then suddenly without warning was sent home and the both of us are in lockdown.
There seems to be no end to the pain. I cannot walk,, I was just getting started again when all this happened again.
In agony since last Christmas. There seems to be no escape from it.
Catch up later.
Cheers
Brian

A bit of advise Brian mate, stop bloody gardening. On saying that I do hope you get over the op sooner rather that later, and that your wife and you are now over that bloody Covid, ours lasted four days.
I have missed your punchy posts mate so get well soon.

On a more positive note the stiches look to be in regulation order.
My advice Brian, stay in doors, have a few large drinks and forget your troubles, because as it is now you 'aint going no where for some time.
But Brian I wish you a speedy and safe recovery, we all miss you on site.

re: Capt Kong In the Wars
I thought in the New Year things would be better. WRONG!
Last Thursday I fell off my doorstep injuring my left leg. and cutting it,
I didnt go to the Doctors just change the dressing everyday,,
The pain was getting worse so after five days I couldnt walk, I had to get my sister to take me to the hospital and had it Xrayd.
It was broken at the knee
and the surgeon said it would take around six weeks I would have to stay in Hospital all that time to heal, I said No I would go home and treat me there,
So The District Nurse will visit every day.
So in five months I have had Two Broken legs the right and the left ones.
Apart from all that I am not too bad.
cheers
Brian
