Re: Covid Vacs
Now Cappy young man, having been away from your post for such time you will now need to provide a note signed by your mother to explain your absence.
Failure to do so will see you buying a beer for all members.
But you may reduce the penalty by paying the 3/9 you owe with compound interest of course making it now 4/6.
JS tells me he will stand you a loan to pay if you promise to buy him a case of beer.

Re: Covid Vacs
Three boys and a girl came back late after lunch recess.
Where have you been said the teacher to the first boy
Sorry sir I was up Rosemary Hill and forgot the time.
The next two boys come up with the same excuse
Sorry sir was up Rosemary Hill and forgot the time.
He then turns to the girl and says I suppose you were up Rosemary Hill as well?
No sir she replied, I am Rosemary Hill

Re: Covid Vacs
Back in January poor old Paddy was in a mess.
Ranked at 40th for conditions related to control of the Virus.
But the tide has turned.
Now according to the Bloomberg Covid Resilience Rankings poor old Paddy is now number one.
Based on how they manage vaccination rates, care of the sick, number of fully vaccinated people, border closure and other related issues.
Obviously there is a message there, it can be done with the correct approach.
information on this can be found on

Re: Covid Vacs
Victoria, here in Victoria once you reach 75 an annual grease and oil change must be undergone.
Done by a fully quallifed nurse then followed up by your GP.
Had mine a few weeks ago, simple really mainly looking to see if all your marbles are in place.
Passed with flying colors and told to stay away until, next year, 'you are too fit to be come a regular patient'
Don't think she liked my jokes.

Re: Covid Vacs
Lewis, according to relatives in the industry AZ was given to 85% of the UK population.
But my brother in law and wife who had AZ are to be given Pfizer as a booster?????
Here in Oz we manufacture AZ but the gov is pushing Pfizer and Moderna for some reason!!
But we have been told by PM international borders will open for each state once they reach 80% vaccination.
NSW will be first followed by Victoria, poor WA will have to wait until some time next year.
October 23 is set for our lock down to end, after almost 300 days in total.

Re: Covid Vacs
How things can change in a few hours, we are again in lock down and as I have said all along it is due to our gold standard Premier allowing that cruse ship Ruby Princess to dock in Sydney.
Yesterday our Gold standard Premier resigned as Premier and from parliament, she is being investigated by the Corruption Commission, she said that she is innocent, but it turns out that if she had stayed in parliament as Premier for another 16 days she would have been eligible for $400,000 a year pension and an office with a car and driver for life, why would you dump that. and knowing what a hard person she is I believe she would have stayed.
We need a corruption Commission in Federal Parliament, where they are even more corrupt, but our Nuclear PM is fighting that tooth and nail.
