    'there is no data to demonstrate that protection after the first dose is sustained after 21 days'.

    The efficiency of the drug after 21 days drops to 89%. Scientists believe that if the efficiency so high after 21 days there is no scientific reason for extending the period to 12 weeks or 84 days.
