Today most births are planned. If you want kids that is your privilige it is also your privilige to rear them also, not other people. China tried controlling the birth rate it was unsuccessful. The answer is so easy, the problem stays with the parents. If you can't afford them don't have them. jWS.

When the state pension was first considered in UK the statement as that, 'no one will live long enough to claim it' 65 being the age to collect then.
    But they were wrong.
Back in the 70's a survey was taken again regarding the pension and we were told, Ok no one will be around after the age of 70 to collect.

The contributions to NHS were supposed to cover all costs, but obviously they do not. But who is at fault?

One of the major problems is that all monies, taxes etc are taken into consolidated revenue, so the amount given to the NHs may not be the amount collected.

The only way such a service will survive is if the total monies collected by NHS contributions are given to the system, and the system run and managed by the people who work there, not the bloody gov.
    Happy daze John in Oz.
