John, Barb will be fine no worries mate.

John S, only 7 days, I had to do it for 30 after my Prostate op, ended up like a bloody dart board.

But on a more serious note, a relative in Ireland had to wait some time for his op.
When he asked why he was told the problem was with the EU rules which say that Refugees and asylum seekers must be given priority.
Is this true or where they just having a lend of him?
    Happy daze John in Oz.

My only encounter ( lucky me ) with the NHS was some years ago ,the day before WILL and KATES wedding , Woke with a sore throat ,went to work at eight and it got worse as the day went on ,tried to have some lunch but it was like swallowing broken glass , by the time i got home at six was in agony ,marched to the ddrop in by the wife , promptly saw nurse who diagnosed ( with a big grin ) a Quincy OH she said if you had left it any longer you would have choked , and arranged for me to be admited in Arrow Park Hos , by nine was tucked up in a side ward after having a shower , that was a hot sticky day ,transfered to general ward next day ( was on a drip with pain killers and anti biotics ) dont know what happened there only half of my text came out ???? .

I know what i did now i broke off for a few hours . this is part two , if i can bore you a bit more ?. By now the Anti Biotics and pain killers were working and i was feeling a bit of a fraud amongst these guys who had major ops . Was amazed to see meals were chosen off a very good menu , which were well cooked , and hot , sat round all day , that night listened to HOS radio with one of my fav tunes (Doris Days the black hills of Dakotta ) . Next day they said i was ready for my procedure , reclined on bench , head back ,, tongue out , say arrr the Indian doc put the longest needle i had ever seen into the very back of mmy throat to draw off all the badness from the abbcess , four times ,he kept apologising , deemed ok to go home next day , before i left i complemented the the staff nurse on the nurses and quality of care , she seemed genuiely pleased.Soi wont hear a word against A P H ,speak as you find i say .
