There has been a push for many years here in Oz for a national identity card that would hold all your info. Of course as long as we have the 'do right brigade' we will never get it. They say it is an invasion of privacy, what a load of b*****s. But we now have a thing called E Health. If you sign up, which I have done, all your last five years medical histoey are on it. If you are in an accident or other situation and unable to communicate all the medicos havbe to do is swipe your Medicare card and there it is.
