Re: Update on Rob
John Pru was intouch with him, maybe he has an up date.
My son is a Consultant at the hospital and was going to visit him, but he moved to another hospital.
Cheers

Re: Update on Rob
#3, Thank you John, The main reason I am not on face book is it appears to me a technophobe, that "the world and his wife" can read and see your family news & photographs because they are a friend of my family member? So I am still happy enough to use emails for private conversations etc. Letters now seem to be a thing of the past more's the pity.
However if you are in cyber conversation with Rob please pass on my best wishes Marian

Re: Update on Rob
I feel the same way about FB Marion. I do have an 'account' but with a different spelling of my name so I can keep up with the family photographs and stuff that we don't otherwise catch up with. I don't 'post' or respond to the continual pressure to 'add friends' that FB generates.
Best wishes also to Rob.

Re: Update on Rob
Hi Marian.
I still write by snail mail, my sister in Wales doesn't have a computer and I have been writing to her since I went to sea in 1949, each of us write at least once a month if not sooner.
Best wishes to Rob .
Cheers Des
