How titillating. I'm really jealous. Only had hormones for one year - 2010 - which seemed to compliment the radiation. No more 'vapours' and no more buxom boobs.

Thanks everyone. The deed is done. About 45 minutes being zapped. If goolies were not neutered before then they certainly are now. Now the wait for oncology to get in touch with me. My PSA started at 474. After 8 weeks radiotherapy and pills and implants it was down to less than 1. Now up to 24, hence the concern. She said a while ago that she would not start worrying until t was at 50. Tits are still sore mind :-) I guess as in everything you have to trust them to know what the heck they are doing. Not been on here or other sites as much as usual s to be honest my head has not been in a good place for a couple of months. Pretty stupid really as this site is where I would get a laugh and get my head straight again :-{

Looks as if my brother is OK now. Had his first after surgery check up and all is well. He has just about got over the 'pissing your pants' bit with his continence almost back to normal. Just what is normal these days I ask, so many with bits either wrong or not working it makes you wonder. Radiation treatment here is now in decline as the long term side effects are worse in some cases than the problem.
Lou an interesting point for you, and me , went to an onboard seminar on the benifits of GIN. Apparently for many years it was used as a medicinal aid and has a number of good medicinal properties. So drink up mate and remember it is doing you good. Funny thing is my grandmother, fathers side, drank almost half a bottle of Dr. Gordons elixier a day for most of here life. Never sic and lived to her early 90's.
Good to see you back John and that the post op for your brother was looking good too.
Nothing can beat a long gin and tonic with a slice of fresh lime as the sun goes down in the tropics. And on the Equator there is no gentle dawn or twilight. At Jakarta and Singapore - almost on The Line - the sun rose and set at 7am and 7pm varying just 10 minutes over the year.
