Had the inguinal hernia meshed and sewn up on Thursday and came home yesterday afternoon feeling pleased with myself. Then, QUORE!!! The painkiller self administered drip I had in the ward wore off and the substitute pills didn't really take up the slack. Apparently the mesh I had put in about fifteen years ago dissolved but the doc assures me this one is permanent. This maturity lark has whiskers on it - its a glorified built in redundancy.

As said before, my PA was 474 when was diagnosed. Had it down to 0.something but tripled between my last two visits up to 8.something. Reckon it has escaped my prostate again so CT scan last week and now waiting for results to see what they do next. Was at the docs today with a sore back. Missus sent me to bed last night with a hot water bottle on it. Unfortunately it managed to blister my back!!!

Being lucky this as not any thing to do with health but the other day i was out doing some shopping and i call into a shop bought some goods when i got home i discovered that i hat lost my 450 doller specs so next day a did a tour of the shops i had been in but no luck till the last one someone had picked them up and but them in the office i was pleased that i got them back other wise messing around with insurance did not appeal to me
Mesh must have changed over the years as the stuff I had put in 1965 is still there. I was on a drip overnight then paracetomol for 12 days, all I got from that was a head cold.Quote:

Make sure they only tighten the bolts , when they tighten your nuts it hurts
Keep these up Rob, Ken will forget the inconvenience. By the way ken, if they do try to tighten your nuts you'd better bolt.
