    Default So quiet on here.

It's gone very quiet on here, almost seems everyone has the hump about something? Or am I imagining it? I've seen it on another forum, and it's usually down to some mendacity or pomposity being spouted.
Then again, it could be my pooter up the spout?

When its like this it gives Moderators a breather.
It also gives me time to go through the many Photos.

    Have a nice day.

Goes like that at times, not very often, but yes it does happen. JK.
Normally this kind of thing goes on for a few days, and could be caused by a number of things??

Its certainly not good i must admit, but we at these times just weather the Storm, and hope that things will improve soon.

So onwards we go, be it Slow ! LOL

We need another thread like? Virtual ship which is still top of the list for postings. Personally think that there are not so many from the lower deck posting on site as they seemed to be ignored in some of their postings. Think that was the end to the Virtual posting as well.
That's the way the mop flops.

My thanks to Brian for this site.

    Hi Johnny.
The way I see it, in the UK it is Summer and people will be going out to enjoy the sun and visit family or places, while down here it is bloody freezing and winter so people may be a little reluctant to sit in front of the Comp when they could be enjoying a nice fire in the lounge.
I know one thing there are many tales still to be told still on the site of our exploits when we had the ships to sail on.
    Cheers Des
    PS
We haven't heard about what happened at the Fandango in Spain yet.

I see two cruise ships both in similar waters ran into some foul weather.
One, Crown Princess in the south sea islands had two of our friends on board.
Hit by a very hard wind change and some very high seas.
One crew member over the wall but later recovered.

Very late in the year for cruise ships to be in this part of the world, season normally runs Mid September to mid May.
Now on a world cruise via Freemantle.

Just some news to help keep us informed and awake.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

Forecast is 25 today Des, already 19 in the sun. Weather warning for thunderstorms and heavy rain/hail tonight. Spounds abot right for uk.

Tut Tut Les, there is NO lower deck on this virtual vessel as all posters from every department regardless of seagoing rank are read with interest and responded to, are you sure you are not mixing us up with some other site, which had a reputation for heirachy postings. Maybe try the other side of the bed to disembark
