A French MP is calling for the power to the channel islands and th UK to be reduced in an esculation of the dispute.
Trouble is Froogies want to be in the club but never play by the rules.

I think we all expected the EU to try and punish us, but we dig in as usual, they are already starting to fight among themselves, and as John P says, its just a matter of time now, kt

This will end up where all old news does, Todays fish and chip paper, But on a serious note you have to fear for the lively hoods of fisherman, This was always predictable once brexit kicked in, And lets hope for there sake for once this government can show a little back bone and whatever it takes they stay loyal to the British fisherman. In my book they do matter to this country a great deal. Terry.

Lew, How many other people like myself were not aware of that, Fishermen work bloody hard in atrocious conditions some times for very little reward and without getting political B.J. Agreed to these terms in there licence with the birth of Brexit, Absolute bloody disgraceful that so really annoys me

Well, Lewis and Terry, i was amazed to read this on the BBC website today, and may explain your observations re Dutch fishermen, seems very complicated, and doubt our guys will ever get justice going back to when we joined the bloody EU, and you may recall our fishing fleets were decimated, and i believe as part of the deal of joining, many boats were decommissioned, kt

Of course niggling in the background with the Macaroon is what part did Boris play in having the Aussie subs contract cancelled, as I don't think our idiot advertizing man would have thought that up all by himself.
