How can an illegal immigrant be assessed as genuine , simply by attempting to enter illegally he is a criminal. All he or she has to do is the paperwork in his own country to see if suitable and that’s it. All this tripe carried on from the war years should have been erased after the war finished. A lot of them will be criminals escaping from their own laws . Any country has the right to refuse entry to anyone if they so desire. The biggest failure was the European policy of open borders the biggest no goer of all times . JS

Mate of mine worked at the airport where it is harder to get into the country as you need paperwork of sorts such as a passport before you can board any aircraft.
He told me that many when coming into land would attempt to flush them down the toilet then claim they are refugees.
He told me that about 100 per day arrived here in Oz into either Melbourne or Sydney, but within 48 hours would be on a plane back to where they came from.
