Re: Covid
I see that the EU are considering the welfare of all you Ozzies, they have banned the export of the Astra zenaca vaccine to yourselves, according to them it does not work very well. Do they not realise the complete Pratts they are making of themselves in the eyes of the world? they are in a complete shambles. I wonder if the disputed vote on leaving the EU were to be taken again now how the numbers would work out ?, kt

Re: Covid
The result of the2016 EU referendum, may have been, close but at 52% - 48% for me was a clear win for us leavers, you're right Keith
it was and still is disputed, simply because the remainers cannot accept that they did not get their own way, just like lScotlands SNP Party,
we won, they lost, end of. Agree with what you say regards the way the EU have behaved since we got out, in my opinion they're a vile and
corrupt organisation, and I think I'm not alone there, cheers.

#63. The PM that got in promised a referendum on it , and was probably what got him in.However he then proceeded to drag his heels. another year of heel dragging and the non Brits able to vote would have been too big to win. He misjudged his timing and most true Brits were delighted with the result. I personally am cheered that the die is cast for an independent sovereignty and British laws made for British people by British people. JS.

The EU has lodged a 146 prosecutions against the UK for breaking EU rules, 100 during 2020 in the year of transition and 46 since leaving the EU on 31.12.2020. God knows how many EU rules affected our lives without us knowing it in the preceding 40 years. Time for the UK to put its foot down. A German MEP by the name of McAllister has asked the EU to prosecute the UK without delay and impose trade sanctions; so anyone thinking of buying a Merc, BMW, Audi, VW had better get their orders in quick.

Re: Covid
Ivan, they are in a complete bloody mess, and digging a bigger hole day by day. There are now six countries of the EU have decided to purchase their own vaccines, mainly China and Russia, be interesting how France and Germany will run their Tarpaulin muster proposed to pay for the EU vaccines, assume those six won't contribute, kt

it will be interesting if they do impose sanctions, I doubt if all the above car manufacturers will stay quiet as UK is a huge market for them

That was David Cameron John, he is a remainer and could not beleive anyone would want to leave such a wonderful set up as the EU, "How wrong can you be
" when he lost the referendum, Cameron knew he had opened a Pandora's box and resigned, BoJo put himself up for the leadership but was
stabbed in the back by Michael Gove, leaving the way open for Teresa May another remainer, TM is not a team player and insisted on doing the negotiating with the EU, she made a hash of it and accepted a lousy deal for the UK, in my opinion, if BoJo had got the leadership instead of May, we would have been out yyears ago and in a sronger position than we were when the Pandemic kicked off, that is my take on it, cheers.

Re: Covid
Remember him now. Always reminded me of a whimp and always will. I have no time for any party and go for whoever is leading it. At present the Labor party is in ,in WA and regardless of the term labor will be revoting for them again next week. The liberals leader has already said he can’t win, what an attitude for any politician to take , he will never ever get my vote , if he ever stands again. He is not a man he is another whimp , and with his attitude to life should look for different employment , he would be at home working in a nursery looking after other peoples kids who go out to real work.
