    I had a medical check up at the hospital, a few years ago.;
    the Nurse said I was Obese."Lose some weight"

    I was stripped down to my jockeys, I said " Look at my body, not an ounce of fat, all muscle. Good Six pack etc.
    .She says, Muscle is heavier than fat and that is why you are now classed as Obese.
    Even at near 86 in a few weeks, I still lift my Barbell, dumbbells and bendy bar daily
    After one of my accidents I was in hospital, and had a full body Scan for broken bones. There were none,
    The Consultant after, told me, He had Never seen such Solid bones that I had. They are heavy, so that can tip the scales into the obesity without fat.

    That will give Eddie Jones nightmares.

    If the pubs were open, every punter in Cardiff would be buying.

    Wales scored 16 unanswered points to win thrilling clash in Cardiff.

    Even though Pascal Gauzere may never again have to pay for his own beer in Cardiff, in the end, England only had themselves to blame.

    The referee will dominate today's headlines, but this was a story of England's chronic ill-discipline as their Six Nations campaign was reduced to dust.

    Wales were at their streetwise best. They hustled their arch rivals, picked their pocket and sent their well-paid neighbours packing. Black eyes all round.

    Thought this thread was about covid, thought there was another thread about rugby, only mean this as an observation, because we are often reminded by self appointed moderator that we are going off thread

    Just came back from the Drs after my implant injection, my PSA has gone down for the first time in 19 years 6.5 to 6.3, my cholesterol is perfect , my pulse rate spot on, and I had lost 3kilos. It is all down to my wife's new diet. When I told the Dr I might have pulled a rib cutting a big hedge, he said what the hell are you doing cutting a hedge at 88.
