Clubhouse with full bar facilities, showers and toilets all in excellent refurbished condition.
Seems a good deal you have Tony, here on the Island, , laid between piles, is £80 per metre , per annum. that is a council mooring, no facilities. I don't have a boat now, as at 80 years of age, sailing a bit like hard work. I was sailing for 40 years, and finished up with a Westerly Centaur, kt

apologies for off thread
Its my sons boat, 34ft Aquastar, twin diesels 200hp each, its my mooring as I have been long term here (about 30 years) started off with a 22ft steel workboat when my son was about 10.
He got the bug back then and started off on his own about 15 years ago and gradually worked up in size. He does all the work on it (engine specialist trained by CAT originally) so theres not much I can show him. I dont have the energy now and my lungs are stuffed, so a sniff of exhaust is enough to make them seize up.
Spuds, do what I do grow your own.
Yes the pubs are fussy now, no work gear after 6, no more Shelias only bars, no open toed shoes in the casino????
The Queen owns all the swans, what does she use them for?
If England separates from the others just think of all the jobs as border guards, god opportunity there for any self respecting smuggler.
I see that the EU is giving Scotland good signals to join the EU, that will be another border problem for THEM this time, we can just sit back and watch. If it happens, Scotland will have finally achieved its independence !!!!!, just as long as they do as they are told by Brussels, kt
None of the people I am in touch with over in Scotland want anything to do with the EU so am pretty sure this is a Sturgeon thing. Im am really hoping that the
Nexit movement over here gains momentum and we too can be rid of these appalling people in Brussels.
We'll have to get Hadrian and his bricklaying buddies back again to repair the wall, but make it higher this time and put sum of dem seagull spikes on de top, that'll make the skirts swirl a bit as they try to escape from the fishmonger's wife country
Into the valley of death I will gladly march again.
I hope Nicola succeeds in her quest for independence, nationalise all the foreign owned castles and estates, kicks out the tax dodging offshore account parasites and protect the wildlife from the rich and powerful who come to Scotland because they take pleasure in killing them.
