    Default Restoring Notre Dame.

Not much, if anything, has been mentioned on site since Notre Dame Cathedral was destroyed by fire in April 2019. By clicking on to html below, you can read this interesting update on how work is progressing on the iconic building.

After working with the RBL Paris branch the last few years, introducing a Red Ensign in 2017 for
11/11 Notre Dame for the first time and helping with an MN standard for the following year, was
sad to hear the news of the fire at Notre Dame. Both the ensign and the standard continue to
raise MN awareness at other events.

    Thanks Fouro for the update.

This reminds me when we had to rig up heavy block and tackle lifting gear and. heavy rope pulleys when lifting out broken down machinery in the paper mill when I was serving my apprenticeship.
