Re: Sweets
Pick and mix - Brenda?
As kids, lucky bags, sweet cigarettes and
mint imperials. Always hated sucking
fisherman's friends and cough drops.

Re: Sweets
For what is on offer it has to be Kit-Kat, although I have a serious addiction to Liquorice Allsorts.

Re: Sweets
Have eaten most at some time, but now very little as there is far too much sugar in them.
But the ones with the holes in them were always welcome, sweet stuff very popular.
Happy daze John in Oz.

Re: Sweets
As a kid a Mars bar was always a special treat, later in life I enjoyed picking out the toffees from a tin of Quality Street or Roses,
leaving the soft center's for my wife.

Re: Sweets
At one time I had a serious addiction to Kit-kat.
One evening, while my nurse wife was at work, I couldn't find any.Thinking that she may have hidden some, I phoned her at the hospital. She was in the middle of giving out medications to patients. To say she was not amused, would be an understatement.Took me a while, but I have managed to kick the habit.
