The BLM crowd are marching through Manchester today demanding equal rights etc.
On TV today and for a long time now, are adverts begging for Donations. to help 8 YEAR OLD Girls who are being sold and married to older men.
Why do they not go to Africa and protest there?.

another advert, Asking for Donations because kids are drinking filthy contaminated water and then dying.
Why don't they go to Africa and protest.?

    Another advert,
Asking for donations because kids are starving to death.
Why don't they go to Africa and protest?

or is it so easy here in UK to protest

Tony ref 104, i had a similar experience talking to a boarding house owner in India, he said the police were far better run when under British rule, he said all ranks were paraded daily and inspected, now he said many did not wear their uniform, and everything involved back handers, he was firmly pro British, and his life wish was to see the Edinburg Tattoo live, in all its pomp and glory. I know we have a vey checkered history, and some of it shameful , but now we have become the softest nation on the planet, no wonder they gather in France waiting to get here, kt

As long as they do not touch Nelson, he must stay.

To me it is unthinkable that the statues Churchill and Nelson should be interfered with in any way let alone to be removed from public view.
The BLM campaign started as a protest against the murder of yet another black man by the US police, it didn't happen here but was soon
taken up by the usual suspects ie Anarchist, Vandals, trouble makers and Bleeding hearts, it has been hijacked and wandered away from the
original cause and is now bordering on mass hysteria intent on wrecking our historical heritage, I've noticed lately that the black football
players are now raising a clenched fist as they kneel, that is not BLM that is the sign the of "Back power movement", I believe everyone
should be treated equally but it is a fact that many black people are themselves racist towards white people, it is a two way street and the
Government needs to be very careful on giving in to the mob's demands as that will breed much resentment , that is the way I see it. cheers

regarding "murder of another black man" it has been suggested on various sites, that his ingestion of Fentanyl was the cause of his death, 3 times the lethal dose apparently. one of the symtoms being: inability to breathe.

    Chicargo, Chicargo that toddling town,
Well that wonderful town has just undergone it's second mass shooting in ten days.

    But I digress, consider this.

There is a small minority who want all statues and records of the people they represent removed from society.
Fine, do that by all means, but before you do consider the unintended consequences of such actions.

Once the statues are gone there will be little evidence these people existed, so then air brush them from the history books so in time no one will know they ever existed.
But if you do that then their actions will also never have happened.
So there would have been no stories of murder, rape, genocide, invasion of countries, stolen generations.

There are times when you must be very careful of what you wish for, it may just come true.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

Waiting to hear that the statue of Eric Morecambe is to be removed as
it represents a time when we could have a good laugh and tell jokes!
