Quite true Trevor it is fake.
Actually the original roots of the words and song though was from Oz,
I believe.
Added:
Apparently, most Australians can sing a line or two from Slim Dusty’s 1957 iconic song which became a worldwide hit, but many are unaware of the history and origins of A Pub With No Beer.
The song was originally penned by Gordon Parsons in 1956. Apparently an unknown person had handed Parsons a scrap of paper with the words of a poem, “A Pub Without Beer” which was written in 1943 by Queensland farmer Dan Sheahan. It was suggested to Gordon that the poem may serve as the basis for a song.

Re: UK - Three Week Lockdown
Latest on our News last night is that anyone caught breaking the Distance Rules of 1.5 Meters while talking to each other will get fined on the spot of $1000 Now isnt that a bit harsh! Things are getting bad!
Cannot have a back yard BBQ with over 4 People. and then have to keep your distances!

Re: UK - Three Week Lockdown
Here in Oz, six states, two territories all with different ways of managing it.
Here in Victoria we have a partial lock down for the next who knows how many weeks, but our premier Dan the Dictator said groups of only one will now be allowed??????????
But it gets worse, now five weddings and a funeral.
Only five at a wedding, bride and groom, celebrant and two witnesses.
Funeral, only ten including the undertakers and vicar.
But we ae still allowed to go to the hair dresser but the Zoo has been closed, all Zoos including the very large one in Canberra which thinks it runs the country
Happy daze John in Oz.
Life is too short to blend in.

The social distancing in England is 2 Metres Doc but I often see married couples with 3 Metres between them, one behind the other cheers.
