Re: Predators
Here in Oz we have amongst the largest number of introduced animals and birds.
Foxes, Rabbits, Minah Birds, Cane Toads, Camels, Water, Buffalo and a few others.
They have grown to epidemic proportion and cause so much havoc amongst the local wild life.

Re: Predators
Dare say prisoners of mother England had a large impact

Re: Predators
The foxes and Rabbits were brought in 1800's top satisfy the hunting desire of the gentry.
Cane Toad and Minah birds in the early 20th century to combat insects in the Sugar Cane and Grape growing industries.
Both are now out of control and become pests in their own right.
The Camels came in with the Afghans in the 1800's and so many now are Feral.
Water Buffalo brought in to improve cattle breeds but have also gone Feral.
But they are not the only pests, in Canberra the nation capital there are many Feral creatures who are very dangerous pests.
But we are not the only country with them, all countries with a parliament have them.
The Latin name is Anus a crapto.
