#13... From my first going to sea Vernon the Mercantile Marine Offices were always called the Mercantile Marine Offices. Never the Merchant Navy Offices. JS
Yes my recollection JS was the Offices in Cardiff where I applied for copies of my lost discharges may Years ago now.
