George in Soton is well, was playing a lot of Golf in the past, but of late he has curbed that a bit.
I spoke with George not too long ago on the Blower, and he did mention that he was going to post again, but thus far he has not!
I will Phone him again in a few days to see why!
Other than that as said he is AOK.
Keeps busy with all kind of things LOL:)
I have kept in touch with George for quite a few Years now>
Cheers
Will again let him know that many on here think and ask over his absence! AWOL I will have to get tough on this LOL:D
Vernon I met George about 4 times at the Liverpool meet up,great guy to have a pint with.I think once Colin died ,another great guy, George stopped posting and with that Syd went off the site to.It was most enjoyable to meet the three of them at the meet-ups.

be nice to have a scroll of honour type page , listing passed members
Yes Rob
But we do have the Crossed the Bar and think that does cover all of our Members that have passed on!
There is though one in Particular that has his own Forum Page dedicated to him.
The late Charles Louis Barron

Keith if enough members were interested I would only be to happy to oblige.Wait for it------I thought that the next one would be when we had a visit to Liverpool from Vernon, now that would be a good one.So come on Vernon lets be having you.
