Watched question time last night from Torquay, Torbay had a majority for leaving EEC in the Referendum, but you would not have thought so from the attitude of the audience last night when discussing Brexit, and on the question of President Trump have never heard so many inane statements why he should not visit, one Indian lady said he was only getting invited because we wanted his trade deals and money and we are losing our moral path, she never mentioned the State visits of China and Kuwait both dictatorships and of course we want their money and trade also, where on earth does she think all the jobs are going to come from if we don't trade with the world, having morals doesn't put food on the table, sometimes you have to sup with the devil to protect yourselves, if we don't trade with them then other countries Germany and France will be first in the queue) will step into the breach and our country will suffer, alas man cannot live on morals alone.
Talking of morals reminds me of the old lady walking along the street who said 'They must eat an awful lot of sausages in that house, but I do wish they would stop throwing the skins out of the bedroom window'

Just caught half of last nights Question time but was glad to see that the amount of Foreign Aid given out by the U.K. by one member of the audience was raised but given short shift by the panel members.

Apparently, Donald is not interested in addressing Parliament when he makes a state visit to the UK this summer, it emerged last night.
Why all the fuss, could they not have just asked him ? A total time waste halting something, he now says he did not want to do anyway.
