One can not argue with The Council.they are a law unto themselves.
Try taking them on ,in a dispute. You wont win. Why?
They have the whole Ratepayers money at their disposal, and after taking their C.E O's and other ,over the top.salaries. They Have plenty left over ,to engage the best lawyers.How else ,are they going to maintain their comfortable existence?
