#8, Hate to break it to you Ivan......My husband and son could eat that whilst waiting for the snack:)....Make them big up here...heightwise:)

[QUOTE=gray_marian;159009]An occasional treat in Scotland, I allow myself a square beef sausage in a burnt crusty roll with heinz fruity sauce.
What does a square sausage look like Marian, fruity sauce just like on UCL no doubt.
#14, Here you go John:-

Don't think they are available beyond Corby unless by post!:D
Iceland do a cheap version 14 slices for £1.00
#16, Doubt that would be edible Rob........,butchers own, or not at all:(
It is Cheap Marian , possibly eatable , if given enough brown sauce , it is possibly a bit like alec Salmon , comes from Scotland , but the locals don't always like it .
I am glad you had salt in your porridge.
Fofar Bridies . never been the same since CO-OP bakery close. They were called elephant ears. Now you need two to even start to fill you up.
I still like my Lorne sausage( square sausage) with a bit of black pudding and a touch of brown HP sauce.
Now that's living.
