Des, there was a superb old time Greek cafe in Katoomba still beautifully done up from the 30's where the waiters wore dinner jackets et all. It served the most delicious hamburger & mixed grill. Can not think of its name now but they also made chocolates which were delicious too. The old Greek café's were so good value for a meal way back when, especially in the country towns, none of them left now though.
