Its not us who never learn. Its those W s sitting in the seats of power on the gravy train. I see in the International Express, that there is the promise of a referendum sometime in a couple of years,re. Europe probably after the next election. I wouldnt give him the chance of breaking his promise again. Get rid of the two main partys and start with a peoples party, they couldnt do much worse that the present incumbents. Cheers John Sabourn

How about one here in Australia, "The Australian Disgusted Tax Payer and Pensioner Party". Stop their gravey train in its tracks.

Yes it is about time we all voted a small time party in two upset the main two.
We have to stop Towel Heads entering this Country with their Black Robes on and assuming religous power of this Country before it is too late.
The only way of stopping them from entering without being Racial is to firmly state (No Entry until Unemployment is Zilch) its the only way you can do it without having United nations on your back.
We have no way of knowing anything about these people entering without paperwork even from plane flights, we do not know if they are members of Al Qaida or any other radical anti western Organisation. So they must be stopped.
Their own Countrys are stuffed because of their religous govt ways of running their countrys.
Some where along the line we must be able to let all Politicians know that they cant keep overloading our Country when there is no jobs for these people. regardless of their ILK

Any country should have the right to determin who comes in and by what means. I have no problem with genuine refugees and there are some, many of them good people being percecuted by their own people. But it matters not who you have in power, be it Conservative, Labour or the Loonies From Boltonstan, they all have to fall into line with what the rest of the world does if they want to survive.
Cameron is advocating a referendum on EU, and good on him I say, because the EU now is not the EU the UK went into.
It needs to cahneg to reflect the current global situation. When UK entered USA was the worlds major economy, and whilst it still is it will not be by 2020, China will have taken over.
As to the illegals who come to UK, they do so for one reason, they want to see their own doctor. LOL

i often watch pm question time one side blaming the other because one side got us into the sh.te that we are in skint!!!! not one as yet as even hinted that the biggest part of us being skint is going into Iraq and then Afghanistan and yet they blame each other over any other spending did anyone in power ever think about the cost before we jumped into a war that we can't win and now they are blaming each other and we have to tighten our belts in the defence budget a new carrier sub plane the firms tendering thees contracts should submit a price and stick to it how many government contracts come in at the price i have never heard of one? maybe double or treble the first cost put on the table.jp

Cameron is promising a referendum on Europe, IF he gets into power next time. He has only stated that for 2 reasons, keep his party quiet, and he is worried about UKIP, every vote for them is one he loses, and could cost him the election, so he tries to pretend he is on the same plane as UKIP. UKIP for me next time around KT

for many of us who wants out of the eu we have been the voices in the wilderness for years it has not worked it never will work we were led down a dead end street years ago and may i make a prediction once one drops out more will follow ,jp

In todays paper it said that Brussels is going to Fine Britain £92, 000,000 a year for not implementing eu law.
Well that is Fine, so lets bomb them and see if they still want to Fine us from the rubble of the eu Parliament.
These idiots in europe have forgotten who Liberated them from a Dictatorship.
Brian.

Being in the EU is not the end of the world for UK. I asy that as an ex pat looking in. However there is a sound reason for his saying a referendum on staying or going. Not just for votes, though thta is part of it, but maily to get Germany to sit up and take notice. Currently Germany is making all the rules, rules that suit them above all others. You are paying more than your fair share of costs and are being burdened in a manner detrimental to the country. You need greater flexibility in the ruls so that UK may maintian it's own identity and not become just another EU outpost.

Crisis
I don't know how we went from 'Hostage Crisis in Algeria' to EU Referendum in the same thread, but that's the messroom/saloon table for you. So trying to steer back to affairs Arabic other than Brian's now white mate ****. This morning our generous Govt is giving 21 million to Jordan to assist them with their Syrian refugee crisis. If I remember correctly it was Arab fighting Arab that made this Arabic crisis and not a Christian invasion. Will the recipients of this Largesse be informed that they are being fed and sheltered by monies from the people they seemingly hate and if they are made aware will they refuse it because we are infidels, I doubt it, as it will be the 'Will of Allah'! I am assuming the aid will seen to be coming from a brother ****** benefactor and no mention will be made of the suckers who contributed to this Largesse by being taxed on their earnings and pensions.
