In catering it was more a case of health regulations and food handling. Though I suspect we did not comit as many sins as deck and engine did. But things like adding plate powder to tomato soup to keep unpleasant bloods quiet was one of the more regular stints.

To capture our working conditions on Camera is brilliant, wish i did the same in the ER. looking back now it was dangerous, but normal for us, like anything any Goverment Dept gets involved in they go from the sublime to ridiculous, most H. and S. Inspectors are completely Brainwashed, think they are above reproach. i do not know how a Ship can operate safely now with skeleton Crews, too much reliance on Electronic Alarms, and Navigation Equipment, which is unsafe, but deemed safe by H and S. :th_thth5952deef:
