When I first came to Australia in 1964 the 'White Australia Policy' was in full flight.
Non whites could come here for education but had to leave once complete.

It was to some extent not much better than apartheid
, but thank fully in the 1970's it was abolished.

WE are now one of the most multicultural nations going with people here from some 187 different countries.
