Hi Doc, brilliant stuff my Friend and thanks for the clear effort in putting it together, really, really appreciated. Not sure if this is weird or not but I'm from Inverness as well!!! My parents were WD and Kitty MacDonald. Do they ring a bell for you per chance? Cheers Will

Re: Info on Harold Corry
Weird! Yet another small bit is that i see you are from Gloucester , that the place i was sent to after my Basic and Wireless Operator Courses with the RAF , Basic done at Bridgnorth, then to Compton Basset for Wireless Operator Course. We then were sent to Innsworth RAF Innsworth - Wikipedia where we were awaiting Shipment to Aden, after about three weeks there Train to Southampton and Ship to Aden, during the small Wars there!
About your Parents, i am not 100% sure but i do somehow recall a William MacDonald that was born about 1920 and that name Kitty sure rings a bell! What age would they have been now though?? May just have been a coincidence! Where abouts in Inverness ??
Cheers
