Hi Les Th only thing I have heard Dutton say that I agreed with, was when Albo said he would send troops to Ukraine, Dutton said he would not as it is a European problem. Des

As regards the recent polls here in WA , it was the actual self made adverts shown on the commercial channels I was referring to , not interviews with the so called leaders of the party’s. These would be to my knowledge hopefully privately paid for and not by the taxpayer. So obviously there is no ruling body about such advertising by political party’s. Official interviews are a different proposition and are supposed to be all parties have equal time to provide their views to the public. JS

My comments about the ABC were in relationship to their general feel towards Labor, not to any particular person. AS to the floods, there is every chance that Rochester in Victoria may again be under floods. Couple of years back some serious floods in Queensland saw river levels rise. Thye normally flow into rivers that run south as a result Rochester was decimated by the floods. Only just getting over them, now this. Poor buggers may be in for it again.

#21 Albo doesn’t strike me as a man who will take the bull by the horns Des . Personally I think he is the wrong man for the job he is in. He is frightened of putting a foot wrong the sort of man who will blame someone else of any errors he makes in judgements , and we all make them but most accept mistakes made and do better next time , they call it experience. However he is the man in the job at present and is there by election of those who think differently so has the numbers. JS The same thing applies to our Donald can’t imagine him admitting to making any errors he is the exact opposite full of self assurance , there’s no happy medium between the two. You takes your pick and takes your chance.,JS.

If it is requested that Australia to send troops as part of a peace keeping force to Ukraine/Russia and they refused , perhaps it would be worth remembering when China comes to call maybe Europe may have the same opinion, nothing to do with Europe. Were as If Donald Trump says he wants Australian troops as part of the peace keeping initiative (seeing as Putin says he will not have NATO troops involved)Who ever is the Aussie PM at the time will ask how many do you need.
If it is troops they want then they will probably get ten, if it is Navy, two admirals and a vice Admiral, Air force a couple of pilots. They may also send people from our biggest force, The Border Force, that is if there isn't a drug threat. We could also frighten them with an Aboriginal dance group. Des Ps That is if President Putin agrees.

Des a bunch of Abbos with a smoking ceremony would be enough to put both Putin and Trump off. Maybe serve them a feed of Whitchery grubs and a bit of damper, no worries mate they would say, no time to stay.
In a local; shopping center today I saw a federal poli, Mikala cash , Liberal shadow minister. Quite a few people all around her taking selfies etc. Could not quite understand why so many as the area is rusted in Labor. I got to speak with her and said, 'You look familiar , on that soapy Canberra family, the lives of AI on show' She looked then burst out laughing telling me I was very cheeky. Ask why she was in enemy territory, seeing a friend and checking out the locals. Unlike our Albo she sounded quite intelligent!!!! Oh I must go and wash my mouth out after saying that!!
So you managed to get around the white board hey John.
That's the way the mop flops. My thanks to Brian for this site.
Hi John. Is that the Michaela Cash of the concrete hair do? Every time I see her in Parliament I think it's a hat she puts on, one thing if anyone tries to hit her from behind they would break their wrist. She was a bit far from her Queensland base? Des
