JP do you have one of these electric beds where you can control the angle you lie at plus they have a massage feature if required , we needed a new mattress when we moved not too far back , so invested in one , unfortuanetley due to the cold weather the electric blanket stops me from using it, however the weather is warming up and looking forward to the blanket coming off and the mattress back into working order again. Seemed to sleep much better with the chest at a distinct angle to the rest of the body. Cheers JS
JS, sssh, not so loud, all those bloody MPs will want one in their office, Matt Hancock will want a double as well.
Ahhh I foresaw the problems of that one Keith the wife and me always have arguments as to who is using too much bed space , so we have 2 king sized singles lying side by side in the same bed frame , She has her own controls and I have mine. She not being as skilful as me doesn’t use hers so I am when using as normal am always above her level . It’s better than playing with the tv buttons. She though tends to spoil the game by saying come back down your lifting the. bed clothes and letting the cold air in. Cheers JS
john i did have one in hospital with all air bags every time i moved if i rolled over to get something of my locker i could not get back comfortable again i was sitting at the side of the bed at 3 in the morning the sister asked me you cant sleep john not in that bloody thing i said and good enough a team came in and changed it for me they were the most uncomfortable beds ever made?
I always have a book on the go. I am disappointed that my local library here in Prenton is to close on the 29th of October. Thankfully there are some books can be had at knock down prices. Attachment 35319
John, you live in WA, how can you say it gets cold.
Come to Melbourne, four seasons in one day, and some time sin one hour.
Cold id the name of the game here during winter which lasts for almost four months.
In WA maybe six weeks or so.
But i refuse to give in to the weather, I still dress the same all year.
Some one the other day asked me if I did not feel the cold.
I told here if I did I would dress like you.
Bad choice of words as her head scarf was one of 'them'
Well I don’t wear socks if it’s any consolation unless going somewhere special where some people might remark on.Only because I can’t bend down to put them on. And don’t want to be too indebted to the wife for doing too often for me .i can take them off however with a long handled shoehorn , which I keep handy in case wearing proper shoes and not the flip flops you call sliders. What’s wrong with a headscarf , just pull your cravat up over your head . Cheers JS
There was a very interesting article on the net today.
Written by a USA scientist who claims that by mid century Artificial Intelligence could well take over the world and by the end of the century could actually kill off man.
He is in my opinion way off bream, as I look around the world I see so much Artificial Intelligence already here.
Most of it sits in the many parliaments across the globe.
Uk has it's own very special kind just now.
A lot of the sitting government members will soon be getting their "UB40" forms.
