Yes Des and many became union leaders.

As to comments about what i read or post here on this subject.
All I know of UK politics is what I read on the net and what family and friends in UK tell me.

The articles I post are from various news sources and I put them on for comment of others if they see fit to do so.
I form no opinion on this matter but do read with some interest the comments of others.

Sad to see that the starter of this very interesting and at time volatile subject can no longer contribute.

Politics of all western nations, and some others do haev a ripple effect on pour lives so it is important to view all aspects of this situation.
Pick the wrong person and the effects will be felt across the globe.

So the big day is next week.
Will there be fanfares and ritual jubilations when the winner is announced?
Or will the nation go into mourning for Boris?
We wait with baited breath for these and many other questions, and maybe some answers.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

This crowd could not organise a -iss up in a brewery!!! oh hang on a minute that is what got us here in the first place. Parties at No 10 while the rest of the country were under lock down. They even had a knees up the night before Prince Philip was laid to rest. If I was the opposition I would not be wanting to rush in and take charge of this mess that will be left behind.
Even the Queen cannot be bothered to welcome the new PM who ever it is they have to come to Balmoral. God bless her but she should tell Charles to deal with it and he should tell them to bugger off back to westminster. Just hope who ever it is is not stupid enough to want the No 10 Flat redecorated.

    # yawn, yawn, more and more of the regurgitated ancient misinformation.
Why not post about the strong Labour Leader, oh forget he lost his spine and his balls.
One day in bthe near future we will find out what he stands for but don't hold your breath or blink as you might miss it.
