In addition to my 9, the info on the now infamous xmas part to number 10, that info was only fed to Starmer a few weeks ago, to cause maximum trouble. Starmer would have used that info shortly after Xmas if he had known then, but it only became known a few weeks ago, a traitor in the camp somewhere, kt

or could it be Cummins drip feeding the info

What a society we have become ! The media are absolutely bloody fixated with Downing Street parties. Dangerous, because with people of today generally being more 'woke' ,fragile' ,mentally unbalanced (more than they used to be) ,and more than ever brainwashed or influenced by social media, they can unseat a prime minister,a president,a government,-which frankly at the moment is not doing too bad a job of governing during a pandemic,-or even start a world war, without thinking of the consequences...

All stirred up by the media, who are,and I will say, always have been,a sensationalist story-seeking,self serving, very politically biased shower of sh*t .

Yes,what an increasingly nasty spiteful world we live in....

No different here in Oz, the Labor party continue to have a go at the gov but never put forward any concrete ideas to deal with the situation.

But today our media fed the public a bucket load.

By the end of next month we will get 250,000 cases per day.

Whoa there boy, UK on a bad day does about 86,000 with about three times our population??????

But of course they have to sell copy to survive, and sadly there are those who rely on every word the media, and Fake Book say.
What a sad society we have become over the last two years.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

The vaccine rollout has been a huge success thanks to the NHS, chemists, army and all the volunteers who have come forward.
This is the only success in a long list of failure in dealing with the epidemic. As an island we have an advantage over the the rest of Europe with joint borders. When Covid was first raging through Europe our borders remained open for three weeks, no checks or restrictions on those arriving in our country. Race meetings and international football matches continued. Infected people were transferred from hospital into care homes causing the deaths of residents. We have the highest death rate in Europe. The true picture of government contracts awarded to friends of Tory ministers and MPs is still not revealed.
In Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland there are no stories of parties or broken lockdown rules having taken place only in England and only by this Tory government.

Same old song, same old singer, is it sung to Silent Night or Jingle bell tunes and do you have to stand within a circle of lillywhite labour angels

Reality is Louis, Labour wanted the UK Government to remain in the EU medicines programme. If we had, we have to obey their rules and vaccine roll out would not have the success it is.

B,J, Would have been up the creek only for the Labour party backing him in parliament last week,
Nearly 100 Tory back benchers cant be wrong, The polls tell us the Tories have fallen 10 points behind Labour, And that is regardless of who is the Labour leader that's the public telling them. Ask yourself why this drastic change has come about. Everyone on this site knows where my allegiance lies and its not with any of your champagne socialist or the Tories who were all born champagne Charlie's. Banding figures around like 7.7 million means absolutely nothing what did David Cameron make and for what he couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery let alone a Brexit deal. B,J, is still P.M. Because it suites the Tory party right now it detracts all there failings over the past 11 yrs because he is a clown and ring master no serious Tory Minister has stepped forward to challenge his leadership there all busy making there own fortune the bye election result has sent a message to the Tory party there are no safe seats while this charade continues. Myself i am more concerned with the Russian armed forces lined up on the Ukrainians boarder. Then again a bloody big cheese cracker could take an eye out. There all a bloody joke this country is being stamped all over by the E.U. And there is not one politician from the Government party prepared to stop them. Winston Churchill would turn in his grave.
