Apparently it was agreed at the Climate Jamboree in Glasgow funds would be made available to developing countries in order for them to meet climate change agreements.
The UN in its infinite wisdom has ruled that Cina and India are developing countries and as such both will share £1.5b between both countries.

It goes to show how useless and insignificant they are.
Along with Greta from the ice hole and a few others.

But with all that money China will be able to supply the world with more goods and so continue to grow.
