I get a regular book from a cruise company giving information about ships and ports globally.
From what I have read Liverpool is now one of the best and busiest in Europe, great stuff!
    Happy daze John in Oz.

I had a great cruise on the Queen Vic in 2015 from LA to NY via Panama. That was my 5th trip through the canal and the first as a passenger hanging over the cabin balcony looking at the sights. Much nicer than on the Cuzco (PSNC) and Port Auckland from 1959-1961! However, in those days we had plenty of time ashore, unlike the modern crew who hardly seem to get ashore. It must be frustrating to not get ashore in all those exotic ports. West coast of South America was great in those days, bit different now I think.
