    Why call for the Head of the Captain every time something unplessant happens to the passengers comfort zone .
    "You pays your money ,and" you takes your chance", be it Greyhound bus 747 ,or Manly ferry . These things happen.

    VERY TRUE, THE CAPTAIN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERALL SAFETY, MEHANICAL DISASTERS HE CANNOT CONTROL, MORE THOUGHT SHOULD BE GIVEN REGARDING POSSIBLE BREAKDOWNS AND BACK UP SYSTEMS. DONT PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET, ITS THE DESIGN THAT IS FAULTED. WILD HORSES WOULD NOT GET ME ON ONE.
