Hyper injunction
In a recent Channel 4 national news it was stated a hyper injunction existed on behalf of a coating manufacturer and it concerned a problem in potable (drinking) water on cruise ships. I do not wish to put a link on to the various information and it is best the members Google the subject. The info is there.
When this hyper injunction exists, and it is against an individual, an ex employee of the company I need to be careful what is said. An MP has intention to name the company under Parliamentary Privilege and it will come soon.
There is inference that the coating broke down in a number of vessels and released toxic substance into the systems of the vessels. One thing is certain there is a severe problem.
The members should be aware of this!!!
regards
jimmy
