    Default David John Lancaster RIP

I wish to advise you that David John Lancaster R531807 Able Seaman passed away in Dunedin NZ on 31 July 2024

David was firstly a shipmate and friend then my brother in law when he married my youngest sister, who sadly passed away some 12 years ago.

Kind regards William Edwin (Ted) Corry AB R564957

There are a few of his era judging by his discharge book number , hope you get a response from some one who may have known him. You have our commiserations and hope he went peacefully , there are not many left from that moment in time. Commiserations will not bring him back but may do something for any family that he leaves behind knowing that he wasn’t alone during his working life and will be remembered by other seafarers . Condolences . JS
