Jeffrey Hawkes
Hello all,
My dad Jeffrey 'Jeff' Hawkes was at the sea training school May 1971 and officially issued entry to the merchant navy on 30th July 1971 as a Cat Boy, in the catering section. He was posted onto the Albright Pioneer and left the merchant navy in the middle of 1972. I wonder if any of you knew dad? He recently sadly passed away suddenly and I am writing his eulogy so if you did know dad it would be great to hear from you. I forgot to say, his discharge book number is R902083. Thank you. Vickie

Re: Jeffrey Hawkes
Sorry for your loss Victoria, may he find calm winds and smooth sailing.
Was he in the Vindi or Gravesend sea school, if in the Vindicatrix there could be a group picture in their website.
