    I write this with tears in my eyes .Stunned; that was how I felt when I read John's post, the loss of his dear wife must have been to great to bear.
    He was a good bloke and a seaman I would like to have sailed with, I have missed his posts.
    Rest in peace Terry mate, and hope the two of you meet up.

    yes Brenda many many good times i could wright a book we worked on a few jobs together i still cant get my head around his departing he refused the fact that his lovely wife had gone it broke his heart and he just gave up living i will post when his funeral will be thanks .jp

    hi this is terry hartleys daughter claire ive managed to get onto this site he so dearly loved as i new there would be lots of messages regarding my dads very sudden passing i would want to read , tony taylor we recieved your lovley card i thank you for that and your genorosity always towards my mum and dad. dads funeral is 10th november at thornton cremotoriam 2.15 if any of his friends are able and would like to come pay your respects share meomaries with me and his 3 sons that would be lovley thanks claire terrys broken hearted daughter
