Just heard (via another source) that an old skipper I sailed with on the Queensland Star, Tony Cheshire passed away in the last few years, great guy, great old ship, and a happy crowd, 4 weeks down to Kiwi, 8 weeks of (enjoyable) mayhem loading frozen lamb the old way (by hand) and 4 weeks to square away back up, great trips and memories
