Syd Young
It is with the deepest regret and saddest news that i have just heard from George in Southampton that our one time good Friend and Member Syd Young has passed away.
He was apparently having his daily walk in the Park when he collapsed and died.
This must have been a terrible shock to his dear Wife Sue.
Syd was a wonderful person, having met him on my Visit to Southampton a few Years back, along with his dear Wife Sue .
I am to say the least devastated by this News and really cannot believe it.
He was looking so well not too long agao when i was sent Photos by Sue who also so kindly sent me two Musical Videos of Syd's lovely Voice he really had a terrific Voice
So Syd i know there will be many who will remember you , you were always a good Guy here on site with us all.
Go in peace mate, and may you have calm winds to take you to so many places that you so remembered and loved
My deepest Sympathy to Sue and all the immediate Family
With Sincere Respect
