Re: David Thompson JONES
David (oxo) was an old friend of my Dads David was my cousin's best friend who first met my Dad sitting around my Aunt's table, the tales and stories told when my Dad,my uncles and ship mate's got together must of been a young lads dream of far off places and adventure when he signed on to his first ship after telling his father he went to tell my Dad
When my Father passed David arranged for my Dads Ashes to be scattered at sea. He and his late wife Marj were both members of MNA Swansea and both played a major role in getting The Memorial in the SA1. RIP David
