    Default Re: Barrie James Parker,

Hello Jim, I am writing as my wife is searching for information about her brother - Harold (Harry) Berry. He was on the Antilochus in September 1962 and sadly died on 10th September when the ship was docked in Amsterdam. If you were on the crew of the Antilochus at the time, do you remember Harold and/or any details about his death? Many thanks. Peter

    Default Re: Barrie James Parker,

You may already have this but there is reference at the National Archives of H Berry death at Sea on the Antilochus 1962. BT334 Box 0115 Record Set "British Armed Forces and Overseas Deaths and Burials"

To find out the details it is best to try and get the Ships Logs for that Voyage (If possible ) as this will have the exact details of the incident, the NA as i know does have Logs but only for the 1939/45 War Years , but may have others???
Then there is the Crew List from the University Archives of Canada Newfoundland (if they have that) worth an Email.
    Cheers
